Swifty Farms History
After many years in the Thoroughbred Industry, Don and Dana Myers have developed what many consider to be Indiana's premier breeding operation.
Swifty Farms, the Seymour, Indiana operation owned by Don and Dana Myers, has led the way in the attempt to raise the level on quality among Thoroughbred operations in Indiana. Swifty Farms has three stallions at their Seymour facility--Desert Warrior (by Deputy Minister), El Nino (by Storm Cat) and Pass Rush, a Grade 2 multiple stakes winning son of Crown Ambassador has his first two year olds in 2010. Crown Ambassador, the all-time leading sire in Indiana, was euthanized July 7, due to the effects of degenerative arthritis is his stifle.
The facility has more than 50 broodmares, many of them stakes-producers or stakes winners.
